1) We need to enlist leadership (7:1-3)
Qualities of God-chosen leaders should have:
(a) Integrity Eg: Hanani, who is a trustworthy man
(b) Fear God <2> Eg: Having a health respect to God, Walk with God, having a strong sense of God-consciousness in your life
Good leadership must have competence and character.

2) We need to establish membership (7:4-5)
V8-25: Categorised by families
V26-38: Categorised by cities they live in
V39-42: Categorised by religious leaders and priests
V43-45: Categorised by Levites and singers
V46-56: Categorised by temple servants
V57-60: Categorised by descendants of Soloman's servants
V61-65: Categorised by people with pure Jewish blood
V66-69: The whole company numbered 42360


3) We need to encourage ownership
Invest in the kingdom of God. Leaders must set good example.
(a) Tithing
(b) Church Building Fund
(c) Time to God
