Hi everyone, in another 25 hours, we are going to say goodbye to 2008 and welcome 2009. Since it's the end of the year, I would like to encourage everyone to take this time to reflect - what you've done in 2008. Run through the new year resolutions you've written for 2008. Did you manage to accomplish what you want to do? Is there anything you've left out and wish to carry forward to 2009?
